Caol Ila 8 Year Old Whisky Feis Ile 2025 57.8%

A limited edition Caol Ila exclusively bottled for Islay’s Feis Ile 2025. 

Most unusually this 8 year old was finished in toasted Colombian oak, Quercus humboldtii. A rarely seen type of oak for whisky ageing. This release was personally selected by the Distillery Manager Martin Gaughan to mark this annual Islay celebration. 

One of an outturn of 1476, bottled at a great cask strength of 57.8% abv.
