Caol Ila 11 Year Old Single Cask #UC043 57.9%

An exciting new single cask Caol Ila from Independent bottler Uncharted Whisky Co. The Caol Ila ’Tutti Frutti’ as the name suggests is outrageously fruity, tangy and effervescent. 

Boldly finished for two years and four months in an ex-orange Spanish wine hogshead. Bottling was in November 2024 at 57.9% abv and is one of an outturn of just 274. 

This is a must-try Islay and definitely an off-the-grid malt!
