This Cognac Cask-Finished Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Wolfburn tells a story of craftsmanship and patience. In mid-2024, a small batch of exquisite French Limousin oak Cognac casks was carefully selected to cradle this exceptional spirit, initially matured in first-fill bourbon casks since 2017. A final six-month rest in these casks imbues the whisky with luxurious notes of honeyed fruit, warming spice, and a rich, lingering sweetness. With only 3,900 bottles available, this limited release is a rare and refined expression of Wolfburn’s artistry.
