Beskrivning

Wild Common Tequila Blanco is a bright, additive-free blanco made from 100% Blue Weber agave at the historic Cascahuín distillery in Jalisco.

Wild Common Blanco is produced by Master Distiller Salvador "Chava" Rosales Trejo at the Cascahuín distillery (NOM 1123) in the Jalisco Valley. The agave is roasted slowly for 72 hours in small brick ovens, crushed with both a stone tahona and roller mill, naturally fermented with the agave fibers, and twice distilled in small stainless and copper pot stills. Verified additive-free, the result is a clean yet complex blanco — bright, mineral-driven, and full of life.
