Wild Common Tequila Añejo is an additive-free añejo aged over 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels, made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Jalisco.

Wild Common Añejo is produced at the Cascahuín distillery (NOM 1123) under the Rosales family, aged more than twelve months in ex-bourbon barrels to build depth while keeping the agave honest and clean. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave and verified additive-free, it reflects the shared vision of founder Andy Bardon and the Rosales family: sustainable, honest tequila made in celebration of the common good.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, and toasted oak.
Palate: Rich and smooth, with agave, caramel, baking spice, vanilla, and bourbon-barrel warmth.
Finish: Long and rounded, with lingering oak, agave, and gentle spice.
