This single cask Highland whisky was matured in a refill Bourbon barrel, cask number 4450, and specially selected by Stuart Urquhart. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.6% ABV, the cask yielded just 207 bottles.
Tomatin is a historic Highland distillery, founded in 1897 and located south of Inverness in the Monadhliath Mountains. The distillery is known for producing a relatively light, fruit-driven spirit, making it particularly well suited to maturation in Bourbon casks.
