A 15 year old 1996 Tobermory from Douglas Laing that should be a great alternative to official 15 year old. Matured in a refill hogshead this should give a very clear window on Tobermory's more natural, uncomplicated island character with lots of citrus, saline notes, light smoke and spiciness.
