Tenjaku Pure Malt Japanese Whisky

Tenjaku Pure Malt Japanese Whisky is a blended-malt Japanese whisky woven together from pure malts of various ages — named for the Japanese characters for the skylark (hibari), the much-loved herald of spring. Like the skylark’s clear, exquisite song, Tenjaku features a pure, mellow flavor with delicate yet complex aromas that open up smoothly in the mouth.

Pure malt (also called blended malt) whisky differs from blended whisky in that it contains only malt whiskies — no grain whisky component — producing a more concentrated malt character. Tenjaku’s production marries carefully selected unprocessed whiskies with pure, natural Japanese spring water, resulting in a gentle union of flavors with the mellowness found only in pure malt expressions.
