Teaninich 8 Year Old Single Grain Whisky 60.3%

A cracking Special Releases 2025 Teaninich from Diageo here. This 8 year old was crafted in 2016 using a ‘rare mash filter’ and bringing together malted rye and barley before aging in ex-bourbon casks. One of just a few Scottish grain whiskies with a rye influence. 

Expect green, herbal and spicy aromas followed by a palate that is beautifully creamy-smooth in texture. The finish is short and sharply spicy with a pinch of dried coconut in the aftertaste. 

We think you will love this whisky for its intensity of flavour after bottling at a natural cask strength of 60.3% abv. An expression to reward the adventurous sipper!
