Strathmill 2012 12 Year Old Whisky 100 Proof Collection Edition 36 57.1%

An exciting Strathmill 100 Proof Collection Edition #36 release by Signatory Vintage. The delicate fruity spirit from Strathmill was filled into 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts for 12 years before being bottled a hefty 57.1% abv. Bottled with natural colour and with no chill-filtration.

Official bottling's of Strathmill are rare and independent bottling not overly common either so it’s great to see this release making an appearance here.
