A 1989 25 year old Strathmill from a refill butt bottled in 2014 by Hunter Laing for their Old Malt Cask range. Aged Strathmill is a real rarity so this is a great chance to see how this overlooked Speysider behaves with a bit of age behind it. Coming from a gentle cask like a refill butt this should be seriously tasty stuff. A nice obscurity for a keen malt enthusiast.
