Sonoma Distilling Company Cherrywood Smoked Bourbon is a seasonal Distiller's Edition release from the brand expected to be release each fall. This bourbon is made from a mash bill of 67% corn from California and Canada, 20% rye from California and Canada, and 13% malted barley from Wyoming (smoked in California).

"Very fresh and fragrant, with scents of lime grove, fresh dill, and a whiff of new oak, plus citrus and black pepper. It’s a hot one, but water quells it and brings out flavors of black coffee and chocolate, spiced with chile pepper and coriander powder. A young taste profile and a finish without much length, but offering more tasty notes of spiced chocolate, cinnamon, and coffee on the finish. (3,000 bottles)" - David Fleming, Whisky Advocate
