Scallywag 10 Year Old is a small batch Speyside blended malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing, created entirely from single malts matured in sherry casks. Aged for a minimum of 10 years and bottled at 46%, it forms part of Douglas Laing's Remarkable Regional Malts range.

The whisky brings together Speyside single malts including, amongst others, those distilled at Macallan, Mortlach and Glenrothes. Each component was matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, making this a particularly sherry-led expression of Scallywag.

Douglas Laing describes the whisky as showing dark chocolate, zesty orange and rich mocha, alongside macerated dark fruits and spices imbued by the sherry wood.

Scallywag takes its name and character from the Douglas Laing family's long line of wire-haired Fox Terriers, with the dog depicted on the label inspired by one of the family's own much-loved terriers.

Please Note: This bottle is a part of a large batch of bin-ends we recently picked up at a great price, enabling us to pass on savings to our customers.
