Rare Character Brook Hill 'Wild Fire Rebels' is drawn exclusively from Barrel No. C653, a Kentucky straight rye that spent a full decade in oak before going into the bottle at natural barrel strength (74.86% ABV). Expect bold rye spice, caramelized sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and dark fruit up front, a dense palate of caramel, baking spice, black pepper and toasted oak, and an exceptionally long, warming finish.
