Port Charlotte Valinch SC:02 2007 17 Year Old 58.4%

The latest Port Charlotte Valinch distillery exclusive. Distilled on the 5th of October 2007 the heavily peated spirit was filled into a single first fill Sauternes cask, #2192 to mature for 17 years. The influence of this French sweet wine cask on the elegant Bruichladdich spirit is a match made in heaven. Sweet fruit and peat smoke combine giving a great depth of flavour. Bottling was at a natural cask strength of 58.4% abv.
