This great Port Charlotte 8 Year Old 2011 PAC: 01 was released as part of the Cask Exploration Series. A heavily peated Islay single malt finished for two years in Bordeaux red wine casks. Expect an intense, fruity whisky with lashings of peat smoke and oak spice.
