In 1997, the Tommasi family bought an estate in Pitgliano (province of Grosseto), giving birth to the "Project Tuscany": POGGIO AL TUFO. The Pitigliano Estate extends for 66 hectares of vineyards are cultivated on volcanic soil, rich in tuff.
