Aged more than 3 years, the 2024 vintage of our straight rye showcases a warm nose of ripe pear, vanilla, clove and honey, leading to a palate of cherry, black tea, toffee, and white pepper. 

We use our pioneering vintage approach and a custom mash bill to achieve a superb every-day rye. Each bottle of Pinhook Straight Rye Whiskey makes for a bold, smooth sipper at a proof that stands up to dilution in cocktails or when poured over ice. Bottled unfiltered.
