Scotland’s first wood-fired gin. Made in small batches in our 60-litre wood fired copper pot still with 14 botanicals. Our hands-on distilling approach results in a lively, well-balanced gin that begs to be tasted neat. 

An aromatic gin with citrus and floral notes on the nose. Layers of flavour linger on the palate: lemon, peppercorn, juniper and warming spices. A long finish, only to be discovered when enjoyed neat.
