Octomore 16.4 5 Year Old Whisky 62.6%

In a first for Octomore 4 expression, Bruichladdich have matured barley from the Octomore farm in a combination of bourbon barrels and French virgin oak casks. The barley evokes a subtle, earthy undercurrent, whilst bourbon barrels bring toasted oak, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, and a hint of sweet smoke. French virgin oak adds maturity beyond this single malt’s five years.
