Nulu Toasted Barrel 'Cinnamon Boast Crunch' Single Barrel Select Bourbon by Wooden Cork

This 5YR high rye bourbon was finished in a new toasted amburana barrel for 2 months. The barrel finished added rich oil and lots of depth and complexity. The nose is full of powdered sugar and cinnamon. The palate has a velvet-like texture with notes of vanilla cream and cinnamon. The finish is tame yet long at 114 proof, and showcases amburana spice and sweetness.
