North British 33 Year Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky 40.1%

1991 vintage North British single grain whisky from one of Edinburgh’s most respected grain distilleries released here by the Thompson Bros. Laid down over three decades, this 33 year old expression was bottled for their An Edinburgh Dram series.

At 40.1% abv, this expression was bottled with approachability in mind, inviting curious whisky enthusiasts to experience the silky, unhurried elegance that only long aging gives. An easy drinking release with notes honeycomb wax, stewed plums and a touch of floral plum jam. The texture is satisfyingly oily, allowing the flavours to linger.
