The Mannochmore 16 Year Old SMWS 64.156 56.6% is a great single cask release from the whisky experts at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
This ‘Ye Olden Flavours Of Lovelyness’ was matured in a bourbon hogshead for 13 years before being transferred to a first fill American oak Oloroso hogshead. The palate is deep and rich with notes of freshly brewed coffee, dried fruits, flower honey and dried herbs.
The flavours are sure to impress with a real feeling of ‘old-style sherry cask’ quality.
