MacPhail’s 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of its long-established MacPhail’s range at 40% ABV.

The MacPhail’s name has traditionally been used by Gordon & MacPhail for a series of proprietary single malts where the identity of the producing distillery is not disclosed. Instead, the emphasis is placed on Gordon & MacPhail’s maturation and cask selection, drawing on the company’s longstanding relationships with Speyside distilleries.

Aged for 15 years, this expression has a richer, more mature profile than the younger MacPhail’s bottlings. Gordon & MacPhail describes notes of sweet Sherry, stewed fruit and fresh citrus, followed by cooked apples, delicate spices and dark chocolate, with subtle oak developing on the finish.
