Released in 2020, Macallan Edition No.6 is the sixth and final release in The Macallan's celebrated Edition Series. Created in collaboration with renowned fly-fishing brand Hardy, this limited edition pays tribute to the River Spey and the spectacular natural surroundings of Macallan Estate, celebrating the close relationship between the distillery and the iconic river that has shaped its history for almost two centuries.

Edition No.6 was matured in a carefully selected combination of five different types of American and European oak sherry-seasoned casks, each chosen to add depth, richness and complexity. Bottled at a satisfying 48.6% ABV, it offers a fuller-bodied style than Macallan's standard range while retaining the distillery's hallmark elegance. The result is a whisky with layers of dried fruits, sweet spices, orange zest, rich toffee and oak, balanced by a long, warming finish.

As the concluding chapter of the highly regarded Edition Series, Macallan Edition No.6 has become an increasingly sought-after bottling among both collectors and enthusiasts, combining striking presentation with a whisky that beautifully reflects the craftsmanship and character of one of Speyside's most iconic distilleries.
