Lunazul Double Barrel Reposado Reserva Especial Rittenhouse is a limited 100% agave tequila aged first in American white oak and then finished in 11-year-old wheated bourbon barrels hand-selected from Heaven Hill Distillery (the Rittenhouse program) — a bright golden tequila with smoke and subtle oak, baked pineapple, and pure baked agave on the nose, lush caramel and semi-sweet vanilla on the palate, and a long, creamy finish with lingering smoke and spice.

Distilled at the Tierra de Agaves Distillery in Tequila, Jalisco (founded by Francisco Beckmann, former co-owner of Jose Cuervo), this Reserva Especial double-barrel finish brings together Lunazul’s agave-forward style with the wheated-bourbon character of an extra-aged Heaven Hill barrel.
