The palate balances vibrant fruit with savoury smoke and malted biscuits, leading to a long, lingering finish of coastal sea salt and subtle peat. Bottled at 46% ABV, with natural colour and non-chill filtered, this limited-edition release captures the essence of Lochlea’s working farm and seasonal traditions.
