Distilled at Linkwood in 2009 and bottled by Adelphi in 2026, this 16-year-old Speyside single malt was matured in a refill Oloroso sherry cask before being bottled at its natural cask strength of 55.2% ABV. As with all Adelphi Selection releases, it is bottled without chill filtration or added colouring, allowing the character of both the distillery and the cask to take centre stage.

Linkwood is one of Speyside's most respected yet understated distilleries, prized by independent bottlers for its elegant, fruity spirit. Its naturally floral style, orchard fruits and gentle sweetness are well suited to refill sherry casks, where subtle notes of dried fruit, soft spice and polished oak can develop without masking the distillery's refined character.

Drawn from single cask #552912, this release yielded just 202 bottles, offering a beautifully balanced example of Linkwood and the restrained influence of refill Oloroso oak.
