This release from Lindores Abbey is part of its Casks of Lindores range and is entirely matured in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine barriques. Aromas of dried apricot and cinnamon-dusted-trifle fill the nose, complemented by plum, nutmeg and caramel on the palate.
