Lindores Abbey Friar John Cor The Distillery Exclusive Chapter 1 49.4%

The Friar John Cor Distillery Exclusive Chapter 1 was aged in a blend of bourbon, Monbazillac, STR and sherry casks before being bottled in 2023 at 49.4% abv. Monbazillac is a sweet white wine produced in the Bergerac wine region in southwest France. Maturing their whisky in these ex-sweet wine casks has resulted in a sweetness and complexity that complements the classic Lindores style. A great collectable whisky has no added colouring and is un-chill filtered.
