This Lowland single malt was matured exclusively in bourbon barrels which is one of the three core 'Casks Of Lindores’ bottling's in the series. Aromas of pear, vanilla and peppery oak on the nose give way to sweet stewed apples, ginger and spicy pepper on the palate. The Casks Of Lindores series was designed to display the award winning spirit crafted at Lindores Abbey distillery.
