Crafted at our Cambridge distillery, aged in Port, Sherry and some ex-Bourbon casks, finished in Frogmore Creek’s red wine barrels seasoned with Jean Pascal’s mince pie jus, this single malt whisky is a testament to the shared passion and artistry that define Tasmania and the warmth of the season.

Tasting Notes:

The Christmas Cask celebrates the spirit of togetherness and Tasmania’s community coming together. Imparted with the essence of pâtisserie Jean Pascal’s fruit mince pies and Frogmore Creek’s red wine barrels.
