Laphroaig Highgrove 2011 12 Year Old Cask #2879 Single Malt Whisky 46%

A single cask Laphroaig selected and bottled exclusively for Highgrove.

This stunning whisky was distilled on the 22nd of June 2011 then matured for a minimum of 12 years in an ex-bourbon cask, #2879. Bottling was in October 2024 at a strength of 46% abv. 

The peated Laphroaig spirit is a great match for bourbon cask maturation. The resulting whisky has a robust peat smokiness, medicinal notes enveloped by a vanilla sweetness.
