One of the most famous bottlings from one of Scotland’s most iconic distilleries, this Laphroaig 30-year-old swiftly attained near-mythical status thanks to its rich sherried fruit flavours, dazzling complexity and remarkably gentle, time-mellowed phenols. A swansong triumph for the legendary distillery manager Iain Henderson, who retired from Laphroaig soon afterwards, this Laphroaig is simply one of the greatest 30-year-old single malt whiskies ever bottled.
