La Fee Parisienne absinthe is developed in conjunction with world absinthe expert Marie Claude Delahaye, and is the only absinthe endorsed by the Musee de l'Absinthe following an authentic 19th-century recipe, distilled in Paris using Grand Wormwood.

For this Parisienne version, the traditional French serve is 4/5 parts iced water per 25ml dripped slowly over sugar on an absinthe spoon creating the famous absinthe louche.
