Kilkerran 8 Year Old Cask Strength Bourbon Cask 2024 55.6%

This Kilkerran 8 Year Old Cask Strength Bourbon Cask 2024 Release was distilled at Glengyle distillery and is the 11th batch release of this popular 8 year old. Aged in bourbon casks the resulting whisky has a creaminess with notes of vanilla, toffee, banana, apple and panna cotta. These delicious well integrated flavours are intensified after bottling at a cask strength of 55.6% abv. A Campbeltown single malt of great character. 

The name Kilkerran is derived from the Gaelic 'Ceann Loch Cille Chiarain’ which is the name of the original settlement where Saint Kieran had his religious cell and Campbeltown now stands.
