American Mustard is James May’s third gin (JG.03), and easily his most American. Inspired by the iconic flavours of the U.S.—namely hot-dog mustard, dill pickles, and a touch of tomato—this gin boldly captures the essence of baseball games, roadside diners, and questionable dietary choices.

Infused with mustard seed, pickled cucumber, dried tomato, and other botanicals such as rosemary, coriander, juniper, and bay leaf, this gin is not for the faint of palate. It's savoury, spicy, and strangely satisfying.
