An old 1970s official bottling of Highland Park 8 year old. These batches were beautifully peaty, old style dry earthy peat with resin, wax, dried herbs and a wonderful coastal/fruity balance. Terrific old style drinking whisky that makes for hugely entertaining comparison with today's bottling.
