This Orkney (HP) is one for the fans of sherried single malts. Distilled in 2011 and bottled in January 2026 after 14 years of maturation, this release from Signatory Vintage's respected 100 Proof series has been finished in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt.

There’s great waves of dark dried fruit and rich Christmas cake spice. Bottled at Imperial proof of 57.1% abv there's real depth here.
