Highland Park 2007 17 Year Old UK Exclusive Cask #5358 59.9%

A stunning Highland Park release by Gordon & MacPhail. Carefully matured in their own casks with spirit entrusted to them from this popular Orcadian distillery. 

Distilled in 2007 then matured for 17 years in a single first fill sherry butt, cask #5358. Bottling was on the 3rd of June 2025 at a cask strength of 59.9% abv. 

Fragrant raisin aromas complement peanuts and tangerine peel. Apple and raspberry are followed by fudge and a hint of coffee bean. A medium length finish with lingering spice.
