Highland Park 2003 21 Year Old Refill Bourbon Barrel #924 Fruitful Spirits 44.3%

Distilled on 13th October 2003 and fully matured in a Refill Bourbon Barrel. Bottled in September 2025 from Cask No. 924 at natural cask strength of 44.3%, producing only 81 bottles. Un-coloured and non-chill filtered. A nose of light, heathery peat interwoven with soft fruit sweetness and honeyed malt leads to a rich, rounded palate of bright fruit, gentle peat smoke, and malt depth. The finish lingers harmoniously, with fading smoke and warm, mellow fruit tones.
