The Highland Park 18 Year Old Single Cask is a well aged 2004 vintage Highland Park from Independent Bottler Ferg & Harris who launch their own exciting range of whiskies in 2022. Founded by John Ferguson and Alex Harrison the brand focuses on paring whiskies with different wood finishes. This quality 18 year old was carefully matured in a single second fill oloroso butt before being bottled in 2022. Creamy, sweet and lightly peated to taste.
