Highland Park 15 year old by SMWS a ‘Patisseries And Perfumeries’ release.

This quality expression was distilled on the 18th of February 2010 before an Initial maturation in ex-bourbon hogsheads. The whisky was then married in a 1st fill ex-bourbon barrel. Bottling was at a robust 61.8% abv. A sweet, fruity and mellow whisky that’s extremely easy to drink.
