Heaven's Door Straight Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey 700mL

Heaven’s Door Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled and aged in Tennessee, for a minimum 6 years in new American oak barrels. The sour mash distillation process and non-chill filtered bottling allows this mature whiskey to remain consistent, as well as creating reliable flavor profiles that come from being aged in single story warehouses.

"Vanilla pudding and maple syrup open up the nose, followed by oak, char, and brandied cherries. Vanilla also takes center stage on the palate, along with sweet grape juice, cedar wood, nutmeg, and cloves. A medium length, sweet finish again showcases vanilla, along with oak and spice. Tasting Notes:

Age: At least 6 years

Nose: Baked bread, dried fruit and buttered popcorn with a smooth lasting finish of caramel, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Palate: Honey, light maple, pumpernickel, white peppercorn and baking spices.  Vanilla layered over a bed of toasted oak.  Caramel with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
