Matured in ex-Burgundy wine casks, this Batch 005 whisky is packed full of natural character. There’s the distillery's signature lightness and grassy elegance with layers of red fruit, gentle spice, and vinous warmth to enjoy. 

This exceptional 12 year old was bottled in 2026 at 49.1% abv without chill-filtration and offers genuine personality in a glass.
