One of the latest batches of Glenfarclas's brilliant ongoing Family Cask series. This is a 1991 from a refill sherry hogshead bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.9% in 2014 with an outturn of just 254 bottles. This should be a big, bold and spicy dram with lots of chocolate, earthiness and dark fruits.
