The sherry in this one is big but it's laced with so many of these wonderful aged characteristics and complexity that it becomes about so much more than just good clean sherry. There all kinds of notes of mint, wet leaves, earth, dates, rancio, tobacco, leather, dunnage, olive oil and many different layers of fruit.
