The Glendronach 15-year-old Revival has been a standard-bearer for the distillery since its relaunch in 2009, with its Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry-matured Highland charms attracting an army of besotted fans.

There's currently some controversy over the 2021 edition of Glendronach Original and Revival as the Non Chill Filtered statement has been removed. We're not sure why a 46% whisky would necessarily need to be chill filtered and there hasn't been any confirmation that it has, so we'd advise folk to take the drama with a pinch of salt.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Antique Bronze.

Nose: An intoxicating burst of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint with hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur.

Palate: Honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig with a crescendo of black cherry, angelica and muscovado. Long and enveloping finish with dark manuka honey, herbal bitters and dark chocolate.
