A superb Symington’s Choice Glenallachie by Signatory Vintage. One of two single cask Glenallachie's from this renowned Independent bottler. 

After distillation on the 17th of November 2009 the whisky was fully matured in a single 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt cask, #900864 for a lengthy period of 15 years. 

Bottling was at a cask strength of 65.6% abv on the 27th of May 2025. Each bottle has been individually numbered and is one of a total of 570. 

This is a rare whisky that exudes quality.
