Glenallachie 2009 15 Year Old 1st Fill Oloroso Butt #900863 66.2%

A great, rare single cask Speyside Glenallachie by Signatory Vintage. This Symington’s Choice release was filled on the 17th of November 2009. Fully matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, cask #900863 for 15 years before bottling the 27th of May 2025 at a robust 66.2% abv. Bottled without chill-filtration and no added colour. 

One of 561 bottles each individually numbered.
